Ardèche, Aveyron & Auvergne Camping

The French regions of the Aveyron and Ardèche are ideal destinations for nature lovers. Auvergne is a fantastic region for couples seeking tranquil camping within a region of outstanding natural beauty.

Here you'll find vast, green open spaces, deep forests, towering mountains (many of them extinct volcanoes) and valleys that plunge down to curving rivers and placid lakes. The area is renowned for a wide range of outdoor sports such as mountain biking, paragliding, climbing, potholing, canoeing, kayaking and hill walking. These regions are also well known for their fine cuisine, especially cheeses including the classics Cantal and Roquefort.
