Lovely site.

Lovely site. If you're a member of the National Trust you can get into the visitor centre and exhibition next to the site for free. A ride up on the cable car up the Ben Nevis range is well worth it. The shop has a great range of midge repelant.

Site is just outside Glencoe village, surrounded by hills.

Site is just outside Glencoe village, surrounded by hills. Makes for a lovely location, but be advised, also makes for no TV reception and there's no broadband. Great if you want to live in the real world rather than the virtual one, but might be a disadvantage to kids. Still though, eh? We booked an extra night. Very clean and tidy. Long walk to loos and showers from much of the site (they are at one end, near the site entrance), but didn't bother us as we use our own. Great for dog walking - forestry track at 'tother end of the site, with no traffic. Lovely.
