The Purbeck Hills, award winning beaches and a castle make this a popular family site.

Our Club campsite at Corfe Castle lies at the foot of the Purbeck Hills, in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, and has close proximity to the Blue Flag award-winning Studland beach with four miles of glorious sand and bustling Swanage with its pretty beach huts.  Lulworth Cove and the iconic Durdle Dor on the Jurassic Coastline are a must!

The campsite has an abundance of wildlife from badgers, owls and pretty moths to beautiful wild flowers such as bluebells and orchids.  It’s also near to the Arne RSPB nature reserve making this a great spot for lovers of the outdoors.

You will find a beach if you walk in any direction from the campsite and nearby Coombe Bridge offers a marine reserve and snorkelling whilst Poole Harbour has watersports for the more adventurous!  A leisurely 15 minute walk from site finds you at Corfe Castle, a stunning ruin from the English Civil War whose iconic silhouette can be seen from miles around. The pretty grey stone village of Corfe Castle lies in the shadow of the romantic castle ruins. Around its square is a cluster of tearooms, trinket shops and pubs.

Our family-friendly campsite offers a mix of hardstanding and grass pitches, some of pitches are under trees. There’s an on-site shop with fresh bread and newspapers delivered daily, a family shower room and wet room for disabled visitors.

Please use the downloadable map available here, rather than satnav to ensure you access the site via A351.

Motorhomes must be booked onto hardstandings.

Corfe Castle currently holds an AA 4 Pennant Award.

Nice quiet site with a very helpful staff. We have never been to this area of the country before. Some amazing sights fairly close. The weather was great for our stay so we visited Durdle Door amazing views and Lulworth cove We liked the beach at Boscombe but found parking our Motorhome impossible round Bournemouth and Poole.Dorchester was nice for a shopping trip parking was easier as we took the car .But the place we liked most was Corfe village lovely place with amazing views round the Castle and great food and Ales in the Pubs .Some good walks locally as well certainly plenty of ramblers agree as the car parks were full during the day.Swanage a nice seaside town is nearby with plenty of shops and Chip shops. Will be back again for more exploring this area.

This was our third visit - we came first in the early days when a lot of the buildings were temporary, and the quality of the facilities is now first rate with good hardstandings (important in October) and excellent shower block facilities. Great fish and chips available on site on Tues and Fri. A lovely site with character as some of the pitches are in small "glades" in the woodland. The surrounding area is truly beautiful and has great walks with wonderful views. The coastline is spectacular and there is even a really good heritage railway which runs from Norden, a short drive from the site. The Corfe Castle site is particularly well situated being close to the coast, at Swanage, which is a delightful small town, but also within easy access of other parts of Dorset and also Poole and Bournemouth. The chain ferry trip across from Studland to Poole is a particular favourite of ours.Highly recommended. We would highly recommend this site and are already looking forward to our fourth visit next year.
