Handy for Poole, Bournemouth and the sandy beaches of the south coast.

The seaside resorts of the south coast and the beautiful New Forest are all within easy reach of our Verwood Club campsite. Situated around seven miles west of the New Forest, Verwood offers tranquil setting to camp.

The campsite, bordered by trees offers a mix of hardstanding and grass pitches. Its newly refurbished facilities include a family shower room and, a well-equipped washing up and laundry area. For younger campers there is a play area and a games room with snooker table and board games. Dogs and their owners will enjoy the wooded dog walk.

You won’t be short of things to do from this campsite. If you’re planning to explore the New Forest, head to Lyndhurst and the New Forest Centre and Museum. Two miles from here is the New Forest Reptile Centre where you could see all of Britain’s reptiles in one place. The forest more than caters for walkers and cyclists with miles of way-marked tracks.

Beaulieu National Motor Museum, Palace House and Abbey, Bucklers Hard and the spectacular Exbury Gardens are popular days out from the site. Families will particularly enjoy Splashdown Water Park, Paultons Family Theme Park and the Moors Valley Country Park (including Go Ape!).

Just a sixteen mile drive from the campsite delivers you to the sandy beaches of the Bournemouth and Poole area.

Ready Camp is available at this campsite. (Please note that, although we welcome dogs on this site, in the interest of all guests we do not permit pets to stay within the Ready Camp tents).

As usual for the C&CC the site was up to a high standard.

As usual for the C&CC the site was up to a high standard. The staff were most welcoming and very helpful. The small club house was very useful when the Family and grandchildren visited us for the day. The hard standing pitches were nice and level for the caravan. Grass pitches slightly sloping , but certainly not too bad. Plenty of water points etc and good rubbish and recycling facilities. There appeared to be a lot of regulars and we would certainly return again. Very easy access to site and close to most of the attractions that you could need. Good location, some views, but a sense of being away from it all. A little traffic noise, but nothing to worry about. For our needs a 10 out of 10 site.

We had a lovely time at this site.

This review is for Verwood, New Forest

We had a lovely time at this site. It was quiet due to the time of year but the site was really pretty and in a good location. The staff were really friendly and helpful and the facilities are really good - they have a games room with table football, pool and some puzzles and board games which our kids loved (and it provided us with some warmth in the evenings!). The site is pretty flat and has a little park. I would recommend this site.

Very impressed with all facilities, the games room (not that we ever use one) was the best one...

Very impressed with all facilities, the games room (not that we ever use one) was the best one we have come across, liked the idea of the stack of jigsaws. This is an ideal site for an Autumn visit to the New Forest as there were plenty of hard standings so no need to get muddy! Although not right in the forest it was easy to access. The little village had just enough shops & eateries for campers if needed.

Site improved beyond recognition against 13 years ago.

This review is for Verwood, New Forest

Site improved beyond recognition against 13 years ago. Slightly offhand reception experience but given plenty of choice of pitches. Facilities fantastic from awful before, motor home service bay in a rather daft place but at least there is one now. Tarmac roads better than the public highway quality but we worry that this is an invitation to speeders and children being dangerous on bicycles. Great area to visit with stacks to do, easy to fill a 2 week holiday with something different every day. Noisy and fast road off site so ask for a pitch away from it. Far and away better than it was and worth a visit.
