Overview

Lee Wick Farm is based close to the North Essex coastline. It’s a great destination to explore both Essex and Suffolk. Set away from the farm off a quiet lane, we have a small and peaceful grassed touring paddock, with two pitches that have electric hook up and two pitches without hook up. Please note we have no loo or shower facilities for this paddock, but there is fresh water available. Our Secret Garden area is just for camping. There are three tent pitches part screened for privacy with willow hurdles. Each pitch has a BBQ and a fire pit. This area also has a converted horsebox with two loos and showers inside and an area for washing up with fresh water. At the end of Lee Wick Lane is a wonderful nature reserve that leads on to a shingle beach. It’s a great area for a walk or just to sit and watch the boats go past. Other sandy beaches can be found locally in Clacton and Frinton on Sea. St Osyth is a few minutes away in the car. There are pubs (some are dog friendly), takeaways and a good café / bistro, plus general convenience stores.
Please contact the campsite directly if you have any questions about opening dates, facilities or additional measures at this campsite.

This is a Certificated Site (CS). These select sites are small, privately run campsites that operate under the Club’s jurisdiction and can only accommodate up to 5 caravans or motorhomes and up to 10 trailer tents or tents, unless express permission has been given by the Club to accommodate more. They range from secluded Hideaways to fully facilitated family-friendly sites, and are often found in locations where larger commercial sites are prohibited so you could be camping close to a beach or in the National Park, for example.

To vote for your favourite CS, all you need to do is fill in the online form and select which category you would like to nominate the campsite for.
