Fishing on site and walking and cycling in the nearby Malvern Hills & Wye Valley.

If it’s adventure in the great outdoors you’re seeking, then head to our multi award-winning Hereford Club campsite. The Malvern Hills and Wye Valley, the Black Mountains and the Forest of Dean, all ripe for adventure, are within striking distance of our campsite near the popular county town of the same name.

Equally the campsite’s idyllic rural location, next to The Millpond – a stunning three-and-a-half acre fishing lake – makes it perfect for a relaxing break or simply to explore the many attractions of the area at leisure.

A lovely tree-lined driveway delivers you to our attractive Hereford campsite. The vast site caters for up to 102 units. Some of the spacious pitches overlook the fishing lake. The excellent facilities include modern amenity blocks, a playing field and a dog walk.

The pedestrianized streets of the quiet market town of Hereford are perfect for an afternoon’s stroll. The town has many black and white buildings, including the Old House. The cathedral is worth a look as is the Cider museum which offers tours. The Herefordshire Cider Route, a driving or cycling tour of the county’s farms, orchards and pubs, starts from here.

The Elgar Route is another driving trail that takes in over 40 places of interest relating to the composor’s life and music.

Head to Ross-on-Wye for Goodrich Castle, a red-sandstone stronghold. A little over two miles south, Symonds Yat is a popular beauty spot overlooking the River Wye.

What a great site I my wife and sister in law stayed for fourteen nights and it went too quickly staff are brill very helpful and cheerful, there is plenty to see or do within a short drive or you can catch a bus just out side the camp to hereford or ledbury both are nice in their own right,if you fancy a great meal try the moon in mordiford not cheap but you get what you pay for the food is great.I will go back to millpool as soon as I can it is a great site.

A lot of lovely countryside to explore.

This review is for Hereford

A lot of lovely countryside to explore. Ledbury , a delightful town and of course Rhos on Wye and Hereford itself. We were fortunate enough to be able to go to the Monmouth show. This was our first visit to Hereford and will not be the last. Thanks for a great stay.

Having a campervan, we found the bus at the end of the lane to be a real bonus.

Having a campervan, we found the bus at the end of the lane to be a real bonus. There is easy access to both Hereford and Ledbury via the bus with a pub just a third of a mile walk away. I would describe the level of perfection on this site as germanic and I mean that as a great compliment.

I always look for sites that have a bus service close by so that I can pitch-up and forget about driving for the duration of my stay. Well, this site certainly fits the bill, with regular buses to Ledbury and Hereford and both have a train station to explore further. Just one observation I would like to make, it would be beneficial to us old'uns if access from the top field to the main road were made, instead of a circular walk to the bus stops. This site is lovely and so are the staff who run it very efficiently. Please get rid of the push button showers and let the water flow free, I for one solemnly promise not to abuse them.
