What a wonderful site to visit! The warm and cheery welcome afforded us by both owners was just the best start to a very relaxing and happy weekend! The site was immaculately kept and there were two clean and spacious shower/toilets, drinking water and facilities to empty the porta loo! Also staying at the same time were families with children who had a play area plus lots of room to run off their energy while mums and dads relaxed! Had we been "fishing" fans, we could have taken advantage of the lake just opposite the site! As it was, we, (and our Westie, Hetty!), enjoyed all the spring had to offer walking along the public footpaths and country lanes! (I'm sure Hetty wasn't that short when we arrived?) We are certainly looking forward to visiting again ..... lots!! Thank you Grove Farm Barns!

A huge thank you to the owner of this site, not only was everything perfect, clean and as you would expect, the owner came to our rescue when it was time to leave and we had a hitch lock issue. This is a small site, but just perfect, loads of space, good facilities (toilets and showers) both modern and clean. I could not recommend enough. quiet and well maintained. we will certainly be back

Since our first week long stay here in a tent, in Apri/May '14, we've returned twice so far and have not been disappointed. It's a good central base to access the North Broads (as we canoe and sail on the Broads) and isn't too far from the coast either. Surrounded by farmland in a lovely quiet area, there are plenty of good walks and it is dog friendly too. The local pub in Ludham, The Kings Arms, does very good food and Real Ales and is approx half hour walk, 5min drive. There is also a village shop with a post office. We are used to camping with no facilities whatsoever so this campsite is certainly 5 star rating for us!

This is a very pleasant site, ideal for dog owners as there is a quiet lane running alongside and several footpaths with a circular route. Very good spot for the broads as central and easy to get to broads, coast and to the city of Norwich. The only minor quibble was there was no washing up area, but the price is very good for what is available. I would thoroughly recommend it but as we are planning on going back I do not want too many people discovering its charms.
