Pitch up in the grounds of the secluded Sandringham Estate.

Sandringham Club campsite is in a delightfully secluded spot, within the grounds of the Royal Estate in Norfolk. Campers will love the tranquillity offered by this woodland site where many pitches are set among trees.

Away from the site nature and RSPB reserves and the sandy beaches of the north Norfolk coast including Hunstanton and Brancaster will keep all family members entertained.

You won’t have to venture to far from your unit to find things to do at this Club Site. The Sandringham Estate, the country retreat of Her Majesty The Queen, has more than 60 acres of gardens and 600 acres of woodland and heath – over a quarter of which make up the country park which is open to the public. There’s also a visitor centre, a restaurant and a museum of royal memorabilia and vehicles.

Quiet roads and forest tracks around the site are ideal for walkers and dog walkers. Cyclists too can enjoy the quiet roads and Norfolk Coast Cycleway which passes the site.

The site is beautiful, right in between the pine trees and has a very natural, unspoilt, woodland feel. Staff are very friendly and helpful. It's close to the coast and King's Lynn if you need a big supermarket. Very close to Norfolk Lavender which has something for all the family. The site is very large with pitches to match. The toilets and showers are ok, but the floors get dirty easily when it's wet outside. The kids loved cycling around the roadways, which are relatively flat. We had to complain about the speed of some cars on the site considering there is a 5mph speed limit and there were so many children about. I appreciate that the staff need to ride their bikes to show people to their pitches, but this in itself encourages drivers to exceed the speed limit as soon as they arrive. On the downside, if you are looking for a decent play park then boy oh boy are you going to be disappointed. With such an abundance of wood available, surely you can come up with something better than this guys, it's nothing short of embarrassing. Please get your act together before we visit you next season! You can make up for it however with a day at Pensthorpe Nature Reserve, they've got undeniably the best wooden children's play area I've ever seen!

This site has a friendly feel to it.

This site has a friendly feel to it. The managers and their assistants are very hard working but still have time for a chat and a smile. The site has had a number of hard standings added but is still shut at Christmas ! what a shame !The approach road has potholes,a bit bumpy but we were told this is being resurfaced in the winter closure.Good news !

What an absolutely beautiful site. Quiet, secluded, relaxed, picturesque. It's a large site with lots of space and good, clean facilities. So quiet at night you can almost hear the plethora of rabbits playing! Take a torch so you don't trip over them! Very friendly welcome and everyone was helpful. Shop well stocked. Not for anyone who likes bright lights so it was perfect for us. Great for getting in touch with nature. We shall return.

We stayed on site in September for 2 nights.

We stayed on site in September for 2 nights. The bathrooms were clean and the disabled facilities were good. The welcome was good and put us at ease. The site is huge, although everyone seems to have enough space. The shop was poorly stocked, although we did take our food with us. We assumed there was a restaurant near, but no. The rate was £77 for three nights for two adults and one child, which was quite steep for what it was. We have stayed in better sites for half the price. Sandringham is a good walk away, however if you have a dog there is a severe cut off point as to where you can explore. The playground only had the bare minimum, only a couple of things there which was quite boring for children.
