Great site for families
A theme park, the nearby snow dome and National Forest make this a popular family site.
One of the country’s top theme parks and zoo is located right next door to this Club Site in the Midlands. Our site at Drayton Manor is ideal for families who want to make the most of the popular attraction. Similarly, those wanting a base to explore the area’s other attractions – how about Cadbury World, the National Memorial Arboretum at Alrewas, National Forest or Tamworth with its castle and Snow Dome - would be equally at home at here too.
The open and slightly sloping campsite in a peaceful location has 90 pitches, a large facilities block and washing up area, well-run shop and children’s play area. But its biggest appeal is its proximity to the theme park.
There is no shortage of thrills and spills at Drayton Manor with rides to suit everyone from the thrilling white knuckle Maelstrom and Apocalypse to the more sedate traditional carousel ride and Thomas Land attraction with 12 wonderful Thomas-themed rides and indoor play area.
Please note that the Theme Park is fully booked on the 14th September 2014.
Please be aware the "Ride to the Wall" event is taking place in the area on Friday 3rd & Saturday 4th October 2014. Please contact the site directly to make a booking on 01827 260 617

Whilst we were there we visited Tamworth Castle. The children loved it as it was very hands on. Also found a large Marks and Spencer but traffic around the retail park was very chaotic. We also visited the swimming pool at the Snow Dome. We could not get into the Snow Dome as it was full so would suggest that if you intend going then book before you arrive. Local traffic in Fazeley meant that car parking was difficult and would suggest getting food outlets to deliver to site.

It was our little girl's first time camping and she absolutely loved it. Can't thank the staff there enough for their warm and accommodating welcome. I've been to many sites over the years and this is definitely one of the best. Every facility you could need and really generous sized shower cubicles make it great for taking little ones in with you. Really liked the designated field for ball games too meaning kids can still play ball but also means tents/trailers/vans aren't getting hit every 5 minutes with a ball.
Also like the on site park & nature walk, thought these were a really nice touch, both of which my little one loved, also helped keep her occupied whilst I set up & packed down.
Great site & staff. Thanks

My wife & I are not seasoned campers & the site managers were so helpful....even helping putting up our tent. Experience in droves just when we needed it!
We stayed with our daughter and her 'bestie', both aged seven. The layout & amenities provided a secure environment for them both to play happily. There is a small play park but with Drayton Manor a few minutes walk away we could hardly complain.
The toilets & showers were first class with plenty of space, hot water and very clean. Pitches were level & well kept with my only small gripe being the stoney sub soil
playing havoc with pegging out.
We'll definitely be back......top marks!

The site is very welcoming and from the moment you arrive nothing is too much trouble. Julian and Sheila are absolutely fantastic, they really do make your stay a relaxing and enjoyable one. The pitches are great and well spaced, grass is regularly cut and great for the kids to play on. The toilet and wash facilities are very clean and very spacious, cannot fault them at all. The site is not only great for visiting Drayton Manor but central for a heap of other attractions, Birmingham Think Tank, kids loved that, Leicester Space Centre, Loved that too, Conkers, Snibston, just to name a few. Or great for just a chill at the caravan, for being so close to the theme park its quite a peaceful park, well recommended. Would definately visit again next year.
