Overview

A tranquil campsite retreat in the Midlands.

If you want a get away from it all break but not be too far from civilization our Clent Hills Club cmpsite is a great option. Its location in a peaceful valley, less than a mile from the beautiful Clent Hills, makes this a truly relaxing site, yet the city of Birmingham is less than 15 miles away with Halesowen and Kidderminster even closer.

This spacious site enjoys a peaceful ambience and pleasant views across the surrounding countryside. The Clent Hills, less than a mile from the campsite, are a popular haunt for walkers with miles of footpaths and stunning panoramic views of the Cotswolds, Welsh Borders and Shropshire Hills. The National Trust’s programme of guided walks and suggested routes will help you find your way around this rural haven. The 440 acres of woodland and heathland are popular with birdwatchers too.

The entrance road is in desparate need of repair, more holes than road.

This review is for Clent Hills

The entrance road is in desparate need of repair, more holes than road. The turn off from the main road is closed and there are NO re-routing signs if you come from the J4 M5. Have you tried to turn a caravan around in a small village on a busy road. The J3 route has plenty of signs but you have already passed the detour road when you get o the map turn from J4.

Our second visit to Clent Hills during October was once again very good, with excellent Autumnal weather to help things along. Site very quiet at this time of year, only a few "early birds" leaving site very early in the morning. The only down side is as previous review points out and that is the entrance driveway, it is a terrible state. Come on C&CC stop looking like the poor relation in the camping & caravanning world. Damage to units and claims for damages is not something you want!

Quiet site, ideal for walkers and access to Birmingham.

This review is for Clent Hills

Quiet site, ideal for walkers and access to Birmingham. Access road has huge potholes that are hard to avoid. A lot of pitches have a steep incline so need to use additional wood/bricks to level. Shower/toilet block basic but plenty of hot water. Staff were friendly and helpful.
