A bit restricting if you are in a motorhome as no public transport nearby - we tried to walk into Petworth but not pleasant as it's along the road. The book of walks for sale in the shop needs updating as the walks are not easy to follow when it mentions stiles that are no longer there and a post office that hasn't been there for years!!!! Nice walk to village through the woods & village shop is well equipped and open every day

The Graffham campsite is in a thick forest and there is a 200yd single rutted, pot-holed track that leads to the entrance to the campsite where there is a solid piece of road outside the office. The rest of the site has all single tracks, mostly rutted. We have been caravanning over 30 yrs, all over France & England & that was the worst pitch we have ever been on it was very small not room for our sun canopy not that we needed it in the shade. We felt we could not ask to be moved as our caravan mover was playing up other campers helped us hitch up after our 9 night stay. There is a lovely walk into the village. There is a shower block which is at the top of the site we were down the bottom The Wardens are very friendly & helpful but do not make up for the site. Very disappointing.

Nice clean site, Petworth House well worth a visit.

This review is for Graffham

Nice clean site, Petworth House well worth a visit. Access road to site a bit of a nightmare, surely a few quid spent on some gravel would be an investment. Potholes are quite large and such a nuisance as to make me now think twice before returning, not wishing to risk my unit and vehicle again. Otherwise, a pleasant site in a lovely area.
