Emails from the Camping and Caravanning Club

In order to keep you informed of special offers, late availability and general news about our products and services, we use email communications.

As you are aware, email is a great way of communicating quickly and cost effectively, meaning we can send you the most up to date information as quickly as possible, which we think is a great benefit.

More and more companies are using email as a way to communicate with customers. As a Club we only want to send you relevant information based on how you use your membership.

If we already have your email address (and you haven’t unsubscribed from receiving our emails) then make sure you add us to your safe senders list, you can see how to do this in our guides below - covering all main email providers.

However, if you’d rather not receive emails from us at all, for whatever reason, you can simply unsubscribe using the links at the top :

Unsubscribing will mean we won’t be able to send you emails about our products, services and special offers. After you have done so, we will remove you from our email list within 24hrs. Please remember that we will still send you emails relating to your membership and holiday bookings as those are important parts of your membership. All marketing-related emails will stop.

We know ourselves that sometimes we get lots of emails in our inbox and some of them are from people we don’t want to hear from. These are classed as spam - you can stop these spam emails by using a spam filter or moving them into your junk folder.

If you no longer want to hear from the Club, please don’t mark us as spam or add us to your junk folder, as this will have a negative effect on us. Simply click the unsubscribe button and we will no longer send you emails you aren’t interested in.

If you aren’t currently receiving emails from us or we don’t have your email address and you would like us to, then you can add your email address to your contact details. Simply send us an email (from the email address you would like us to use) together with your membership number to  and we’ll make sure you receive all of the latest news from the Club.

Please be assured, we are working hard towards only sending you emails that are relevant to you. If you have any feedback on how we can improve our emails then please email us.
