The Club is committed to ensuring sites are as “green” as possible and so always consider the following options during site refurbishment. Recycled plastic grid system used for grass hardstandings. Sun tubes. Water saving plumbing fittings for showers, washbasins and toilets. Energy efficient condensing boilers for hot water and heating systems. Water harvesting and recycling. Movement sensored light fittings. Planting of animal friendly trees and shrubs. Use of local materials and tradespeople.
The Estates department is a support department for Sites Operations, Franchising and Caravan Holiday Homes. The main tasks undertaken include the design and development of new sites. Estates also refurbish existing sites and maintain infrastructure and equipment, including sewage treatment plants, electric hook ups and equipment, as well as heating and boilers and the general fabric of the buildings.
