Membership

We have a range of vouchers available which you can purchase as gifts for friends and family. Also available to purchase is a gift wrapped membership pack. Visit the Gifts website page to find out more.
You can do this online when you join the Club or rewnew your membership. At all other times, please telephone the Membership Department on 0845 130 7632.

You will see a My account button at the top of every page of the Club website. To see what is available in the Members' Area click the Members' Area tab listing what can be found in there.
Once logged in your name will appear on the top left hand side with a Logoff button located alongside it for when you wish to leave the Members' Area.
You can browse for a campsite and check availability without logging in, you will be asked to Login once you are happy to go ahead and confirm a booking.
There are on average 100,000 address changes to the Royal Mail database each month. These include the addition of new addresses. Due to such a high volume of changes it is reasonable to expect a small delay of a few days for address changes/additions to filter through.
Straightaway. When you join online we will email your membership number immediately. After creating a password, you can log onto the Members’ Area in order to book UK Club Sites online. Your membership pack and cards will be sent within ten working days.
You will need to take proof of date of birth along with you next time you visit a Club Site. Your membership cards will then be stamped by the staff and confirmation sent to Headquarters for your records to be updated.
Click Login at the top of the page and use your email address and password to sign in, then choose Renew or Amend from the navigation within the Members' Area tab on the right hand side of the page.
A UK postcode is no longer required to login to the Members' Area, after initial registration you only need to enter your email address and password.
However at present members with overseas postcodes are unable to renew online, instead call Membership on 0845 130 7632.
The main member (first named) should be 65 years of age and have completed 25 years continuous membership of the Club.
For an application form, please telephone the Membership Department.
Send your request to us by completing the online enquiry form on the Contact Us page. Please choose My Membership as your subject. If you do not know your membership number we will need your full name and address, including postcode.
Alternatively, telephone the Membership Department on 0845 130 7632. You should receive a replacement card within five days.
