Welcome to The Camping and Caravanning Club Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) Service.
If you need an answer from the Club there are several ways to find it.

Club Site Bookings
Yes, on the 'A few more details' stage of the booking process there is a text box for adding any Special Requests.
Please note, however, that whilst every effort will be made by the site staff to accommodate any extra equipment and requests, we are unable to guarantee them.
No, non-members can also book camp site pitches online, however they will be subject to non-member pitch fees. Non-members can join the Club prior to completing a campsite booking and immediately avoid paying these extra fees. Members do also have preference when booking online for the following season.
Yes, you will need to pay a deposit of 25% of the total fees when you book, with a minimum charge of £25 or the total cost of the booking – whichever is lower.
You can do an initial search for site or sites and even compare several sites before making your final choice. You can also add more sites to a booking. At every stage you will have the option to view the full camp site details and then refer back to your booking. There are options for List or Map view giving you complete flexibility before making your final selections.
Please call us on 0845 130 7633, but note that you must contact the site directly for any cancellation within 30 days of arrival.
You will see a My account button at the top of every page of the Club website. To see what is available in the Members' Area click the Members' Area tab listing what can be found in there.
Once logged in your name will appear on the top left hand side with a Logoff button located alongside it for when you wish to leave the Members' Area.
You can browse for a campsite and check availability without logging in, you will be asked to Login once you are happy to go ahead and confirm a booking.
Yes, members from overseas can book Club Sites online.
You will need to login with your email address and password (provided you have previously registered with us) and you can then proceed to checking availability and booking a site.
Yes, on the ‘Details’ page of the booking process select how many of you on the booking in the ‘Age Concession Rate’ drop down list, ensuring that ‘Adults’ is changed to 0. Then click Update price to see the revised price.
