Advice on use of Electricity in Tents

A number of tent campers now make use of electric hook-ups on site. We're taught that electricity and water don't mix. So how does this affect us in the damp environment of a tent? 

The Club's new fact sheet "Using Electricity in your Tent" available to download below makes members aware of the hazards and risks of using mains electricity in tents and provides guidance on how to use it more safely.
