The Camping and Caravanning Club has joined forces with Practical Motorhome magazine to support the industry-leading annual Motorhome Owner Satisfaction survey, and we’re delighted to bring you the results of the latest survey here.Motorhome Owner Satisfaction Awards

Together, we welcomed feedback from anyone who has bought, owned and toured in a new or used motorhome since 1 January 2013. The survey and awards results are sponsored by Club Care Insurance, the long-established insurance provider for members and non members of The Camping and Caravanning Club.

Club members and other motorhome enthusiasts were invited to complete the survey, running throughout the summer months and ending on 16 October 2016.

These results are also published in the February 2017 issue of the Club’s Camping & Caravanning magazine, and the April 2017 issue of Practical Motorhome.

1269 motorhome owners responded in full (split evenly between new and pre-owned motorhomes), by filling out a printed version of the survey or filling out an online form. Thank you for your support.

From this feedback, we calculated satisfaction scores for manufacturers and supplying dealerships, awarding Gold (80-100%) or Silver (60-79%) awards where appropriate. For a full breakdown of how we did this, go to the bottom of this webpage.

The surveys are long established and their results are highly regarded by motorcaravanners, dealers and manufacturers.
