Holiday Site Managers and Assistants

We are looking for people with a ‘can-do’ attitude and a focus on delivering service excellence; training is provided in the more practical aspects of the role. Our recruitment process incorporates an interview, practical hands on experience through a 2-day work experience on a Club Site and successful completion of a Recruitment Course at our National Training Centre at Blackmore. We employ mainly couples although there are a few openings for single people and all applicants must have their own unit to live in on site. Dogs are welcome.

The work is seasonal and, for a first year, the length of contract is an average of 16 weeks, from mid-May to the beginning of September although some people are lucky enough to receive a longer contract.

A basic uniform is provided together with a free pitch with electric hook-up for the duration of the contract.
