Seasonal Customer Service Advisors – May to August (13 weeks) - £9.12 ph. Westwood Business Park, Coventry, CV4
We’re looking for Advisors to assist in our UK Contact Centre, helping people who telephone or e-mail us over the summer months. Our Contact Centre is a vital part of our team and we're looking for individuals who can reflect our brand as 'The Friendly Club'.
We are recruiting for 16 extra Advisors to help maintain the great work we provide to existing and potential customers calling into the Club. Enquiries are varied and could include information requests or bookings relating to our national network of campsites. This is a seasonal post and will last for 13 weeks from May until August
Duties will include but not be limited to:
- Giving information about our sites to customers and potential customers
- Taking bookings for our sites
- Accurate input of data onto our system
- Minimise abandoned call rates Dealing with all enquiries in a polite and professional manner, reflecting our company values
- Associated administration following enquiries
We’re looking for helpful, enthusiastic people who are comfortable giving information over the phone and accurate data input. Most important to us is a desire to provide excellent customer service and a positive, proactive, friendly attitude.
This is a full-time seasonal post (37.5 hours per week), from May to August. Patterns of work are Monday to Friday plus one in 3 Saturdays (from 09.30 to 1pm) and will be one of the following shifts for the duration of the contract:
08.00 to 16.00 or 09.00 to 17.00 or 09.30 to 17.30
We will provide full training. This will include a week long induction starting Monday 15th May or Monday 22nd May (08.45 to 16.45 for induction week only then onto the fixed shift pattern). The Camping and Caravanning club is a fantastic place to work. We have a supportive, dedicated team in a customer focused environment.
