In the past caravans and motorhomes had basic heaters that simply blew hot air into the ’van. Today, things can be more complex, as Candy Evans discovers in September’s issue of Camping & Caravanning.
Heating controllers have also moved with the times. The basic ‘on/off’ switch, perhaps with an integrated temperature dial, has been superceded by zoned heating and programmable systems similar to those you might use for your domestic central heating.
