Super steaks

Frank Barwick has been a butcher for 53 years, the last five of which have been at Warwickshire’s Talton Mill farm shop. I’m told he prides himself on producing fantastic steaks, so is obviously my man when it comes to getting top tips on which cut to choose for my barbecue and for gleaning an insider’s guide on how best to cook it.
