‘Celebrate your County’ is the theme for this year’s National Feast of Lanterns (NFOL), and what better way to do so than with a taste of the local foodstuff? Lots of counties have explicit food connections, from Lincolnshire and Cumberland (well, it was a county) sausages and Worcestershire sauce to Dover sole and the Buckinghamshire bacon badger.
