Caravan Towing Courses
Confidence Builder
Perfect for new caravanners or those who want to brush up on the basics.
Our team of professional driving instructors will cover:
- Towing Laws and Regulations in a classroom session
- Loading and nose weighting your caravan
- Levelling your caravan on a pitch
- Manoeuvring through a slalom course
- One-to-one on the road driving session with an instructor
- Reversing in a straight line
The course costs £205, but Club members receive a £25 discount!

Pitch and Progress
Ideal if you’ve completed the Confidence Builder course or you’re looking to take your skills to the next level.
Our team of professional driving instructors will cover:
- 3 hour one-to-one session with an instructor
- Towing on a motorway/dual carriageway
- Towing on country lanes
- Reversing onto a camping pitch on a LIVE campsite
- Group off-road reversing exercises
The course costs £225, but Club members receive a £25 discount!

- One-to-one session on the road with an instructor.

What should I bring for my caravan course?
We’ll provide the caravan for you to tow, but you’ll need to bring your own car fitted with a tow bar and your own towing mirrors, and spare registration plate.
You’ll also need to bring your driving licence, car insurance and MOT.
Please note:
- You'll be asked to do a simple eye-test before going out on the road.
- Only one person per vehicle can participate in the course.
- If two of you would like to attend, you will need to book separate days or bring two tow vehicles.
