National Council Election 2014

This year’s National Council elections will once again be carried out as an online process. This builds on the success of the electronic ballot last year which saw an increase in members voting. Cutting down on paper ballots also enables the Club to save money as well as help the environment.

Once again the elections will be run by Mi-Voice Electoral Services who will independently oversee the process.

How does it work?

So long as we have your latest email address, there is no need to register to vote. Once the ballot opens on 15 September you will receive an email containing a link that will take you straight through to the voting pages where you can view details of all the nominees before you make your choices. Where there are two members on one membership number the email will contain two personalised links. A preview of all the candidates is available here or can be accessed from the side navigation bar.

If you are not sure what email address we hold for you then please visit the "Amend your details" section.

If we do not hold an email address for you, or you have not received your invitation to vote, you can still do so by going to www.mi-vote.com/ccc where you will need to enter your Membership Number, Title, Initials and Surname as printed on your card. Please note that the Ballot open period is 15 September to 22 October 2014 at 4.45pm.
