Terms and Conditions
- The tariff is based per property and includes VAT and all utility costs.
- Holidays can start on any day of the week, subject to availability.
- A deposit of £100.00 per week is required at the time of booking for a 7-day break (deposits may vary if longer than 7 days).
- For holidays less than 7 days payment is required in full at the time of booking.
