Holding one of our seasonal pitches is perfect if you have that special Club Site you know you’ll visit time after time. Say goodbye to the hassle of towing for each trip and say hello to effortless arrivals and taking things easy.

What is a seasonal pitch?

A seasonal pitch is a special type of plot on a campsite which allows you to base your caravan there for the season. This means you can leave your caravan on one of our Club Sites for six to seven months, making last-minute breaks and weekends away so much easier.

To apply for a Seasonal Pitch fill out the application form and one of the team will be in touch.

How long can you stay on a seasonal pitch?

You can stay in your unit as often as you want to during the seasonal period, for up to 28 nights at a time. Our Club Sites have slightly different season dates so please check opening information before applying.

Please note that it is not usually possible to choose your pitch and you may be offered a different one at your selected site each season.

Can you live on a seasonal pitch?

You can’t live on any campsite or holiday park permanently. As above, you must vacate your unit after 28 consecutive nights.
