Surveys – Why we use them
We want to ensure that what we are doing as a Club reflects your priorities and views.
From time to time we will select a sample of members to take part in our surveys. Who we select is based upon the content of the survey. We always try to have a representation of the whole membership base. These surveys help us to make sure we are offering you what you want as we try to improve our products and services.
Sometimes, other organisations approach us and ask us to survey members on their behalf. Please be assured that we only allow these types of surveys if they are relevant to membership or the camping industry.
If you receive a survey from the Club it will always state that it’s from us.
Below is a list of the current surveys you may receive:
- New joiner survey
- Customer service survey
- Post-holiday survey
Please keep an eye open for the surveys in your email inbox and, if you no longer wish to receive these surveys, then simply unsubscribe using the link within the email itself.
