Improvement to road conditions at Woodhall Spa

After surviving the wettest summer in 100 years the Club has continued to improve its site network in 2013.

Here’s a list of the latest completed work:

  • Cambridge: A spur road has been installed to provide access to the additional field
  • Ebury Hill: A new backpacker building has been installed
  • Folkestone: Fencing has been installed around the cliff edge and around selected pitches
  • Hertford: The site roads have been rerolled and graded to remove potholes
  • Milarrochy Bay: The site roads have been rerolled and graded to remove potholes
  • Sennen Cove: Heating has been installed in the site amenity blocks
  • Windermere: Overhauled all drainage to site to alleviate flooding
  • Woodhall Spa: The site roads have been rerolled and graded to remove potholes
  • Canterbury: Work is complete! Two amenity blocks have undergone refurbishment and tarmac repairs have been undertaken.
  • Keswick: The site has seen the installation of new hardstanding pitches and the site entrance has been reconfigured with a new barrier and motorhome service point. It has also received an electrical upgrade.
  • Lauder: The self-catering Lodges have been refurbished
  • Walton on Thames: The site’s roads and approach lane have been resurfaced. A new reception area has been in installed plus the service areas and the chemical disposal point has been refurbished.
  • Sheriff Hutton: The approach road and site roads have been resurfaced.
  • West Runton: Heating has been installed in the amenity blocks
  • Delamont Country Park: The site has seen the installation of hardstanding pitches and land drainage has been installed.
  • Kelvedon Hatch: An electrical upgrade has been undertaken.
  • Tregurrian: An electrical upgrade has been undertaken.
  • Sandringham: Work is in progress to install new hardstanding pitches. The site has also received an electrical upgrade.
