 Property and Development Administrator

The Camping and Caravanning Club is the world's oldest and largest Club for all forms of camping and our aim is to help people enjoy the simple pleasures that camping can bring. It's an exciting time to join the organisation and be a part of our continued growth.

 

We are recruiting for a Property & Development Administrator to join our busy Head Office team. The successful candidate will provide front line support and administration to the property network and maintenance teams and instruct approved contractors for any minor works with support from the Programme & Administration Manager.

 

Daily duties and responsibilities will include:
Supporting the facilities team in the annual planned maintenance programme;
Emailing contractors to obtain up to date insurance certificates to ensure compliance;
Support and coordinate the ‘helpdesk’ function for repair requests;
Processing procurement forms and raising orders and ensuring correct cost centre and budget allocation;
Assisting the team in checking and processing business rates and rent invoices against lease agreements;
Updating of Asset Management Database and producing reports.


We are looking for the following in applications:
Excellent customer service skills and the ability to build strong relationships, both internally and externally;
Competent with Microsoft packages;
Previous use of a asset management or purchase order system;
Strong problem-solving skills;
Previous experience working in the property industry and liaising with contractors, is desirable.

Marketing Manager (PR Communications & Events)

The Camping and Caravanning Club is the world's oldest and largest Club for all forms of camping and our aim is to help people enjoy the simple pleasures that camping can bring. It's an exciting time to join the organisation and be a part of our continued growth.

We are recruiting for a Marketing Manager (PR, Communications & Events) to join our Head Office team. The successful candidate will lead on driving consumer awareness and engagement for our brand. The role will develop and execute a strategy that leverages Public Relations, Events and strategic Partnerships to achieve our marketing objectives.


Daily duties and responsibilities will include:

Develop and implement targeted PR campaigns to ensure positive media coverage in consumer publications, online media outlets and social media platforms;
Craft compelling press releases, media pitches and other content that resonate with our targeted audience;
Build strong relationships with journalists, bloggers and influencers relevant to our industry;
Plan, manage and execute impactful consumer-facing events that generate excitement, brand loyalty and potential leads;
Develop and manage strategic partnerships with organisations that align with our brand values and reach our target audience;
Secure sponsorships and other mutually beneficial partnerships to enhance event reach.

 

We are looking for the following in applications:

Educated to degree level or equivalent experience in Public Relations, Events or relevant field;
Demonstrated success in planning and implementing multi-channel PR campaigns;
Proficient in utilising data to derive actionable insights and analysing key metrics;
Proven track record of delivering through effective management of a team.

Multimedia Executive 

Fixed Term Contract £25,000 to £28,500 pro rata

 

The Camping and Caravanning Club is the world's oldest and largest Club for all forms of camping and our aim is to help people enjoy the simple pleasures that camping can bring.

 

We are currently recruiting for a Multimedia Executive to join us on fixed term contract basis, with an end date of 19th September 2024. Reporting to the Multimedia Manager, the successful candidate will support with video editing responsibilities and maintaining The Clubs online image library.

 

Main duties and responsibilities:
•    Work closely with the Multimedia Manager and wider team to coordinate and edit video content and photography ready for publication
•    Produce content for the Club’s digital magazine editions and marketing channels, YouTube channel and other social media channels
•    Help with booking shoot locations, arranging shoot permissions, and maintaining kit for all photographic and video shoots.
•    Work closely with the Multimedia Manager to deliver video communications that engage our audiences across our chosen social media channels

 

We are looking for the following in applications:
•    A recognised apprenticeship or qualification in video production or digital media, such as a degree or HND
•    A proven track record in editing video content and imagery within an agency or professional media production environment
•    Knowledge of DSLR cameras for video production purposes and the methods and techniques that support this set up
•    Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines

This post is 37.5 hours a week Monday to Friday from 8.45 to 16.45.

 

We operate Hybrid working with 2 days in the office (Tuesday and Wednesday) with the option of working from home the rest of the week.
