Visiting Combestone Tor
Combestone Tor is a spectacular rocky outcrop situated less than 70 metres from a nearby car park in Dartmoor National Park.
Around the summit of the outcrop are many small basins once believed to have been used for ancient Celtic rituals.
Legends claim the basins were made by Pixies who are said to still frequent the area.
The tor is just 70 metres from a public car-park and makes for a wonderful walk for the family and your four-legged friend.
