Overview

Discover rural Dorset starting from the bottom of Lewiston hill all the way to the Jurassic coast. Our picturesque campsite five minutes’ walk from the little village of Broadwindsor will provide you with everything you need. With plenty of space, onsite carp fishing and long walks you can fully take in the Dorset splendour. Just past the site is the famous Monarch’s way which is a lovely route to explore and once the day is over our local Pub is within walking distance for food and drink or if that doesn’t take your fancy then you could visit the restaurant and craft centre in the village. With a full complement of facilities and electricity, our campsite will help you relax while you look out over the amazing views our countryside provides. A short drive to the coast takes you to Westbay a great place to sit with locally caught fish and chips and appreciate the southern coast. Not too much further on you can find yourself in the historic town of Lyme Regis where fossil hunting is still prevalent. We look forward to having you join us at our family run campsite.
Please contact the campsite directly if you have any questions about opening dates, facilities or additional measures at this campsite.

This is a Certificated Site (CS). These select sites are small, privately run campsites that operate under the Club’s jurisdiction and can only accommodate up to 5 caravans or motorhomes and up to 10 trailer tents or tents*, unless express permission has been given by the Club to accommodate more. They range from secluded Hideaways to fully facilitated family-friendly sites, and are often found in locations where larger commercial sites are prohibited so you could be camping close to a beach or in the National Park, for example.

*Tents are not permitted on the majority of CS sites in Scotland

To vote for your favourite CS, all you need to do is fill in the online form and select which category you would like to nominate the campsite for.
