    Overview

    Relax in the peace and tranquility of our caravan park, set amongst 7 acres of private landscaped grounds. The historic city of York is just short of 3 miles from our park entrance, with visits to the Yorkshire Dales, North York Moors and coastal days out to Whitby, Scarborough and Filey just a 1 hour drive away. In addition we are conveniently placed for trips to Castle Howard, Benningborough Hall, Flamingo Land, The National Railway Museum and Yorks medieval sites. Available for touring pitch guests are: washroom facilities, toilets and free hot showers, dishwashing area, washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and board. Camping essentials available to buy in our small shop, plus gas bottles. We also have 2 luxurious glamping pods on site. Our pretty local village of Askham Bryan hosts the Nags Head Inn offering a great range of food and drink in comfortable surroundings. We welcome well behaved dogs free of charge.

    This is a Listed Site (LS) that is licensed by the Local Authority and not under the jurisdiction of The Camping and Caravanning Club. These range from large parks with bars, swimming pools and entertainment to small, quiet commercial sites. The Club cannot approve or recommend Listed Sites, these are simply provided to give you more choice. It's worth checking when booking as some sites offer members a discount on pitch fees.
