Overview

Nestled on the outskirts of Nottingham, just 6 miles from the bustling city centre, our tranquil Nottingham Club Site offers the perfect haven for nature lovers looking to escape city life and campers who want to explore the city's extraordinary culture.

Getting to our Nottingham Club Site is a breeze. You can easily reach it via the A52 and A46. No car? No problem. With regular buses stopping just five minutes away from the campsite, getting to and from Nottingham is simple. You can then pitch up and start exploring immediately.

On site you’ll find a facility block with eco-credentials, boasting rainwater harvesting for flushing toilets and solar water heating. In the facility block, there are 3 family rooms, an accessible room, male and female facilities and a laundry room. You’ll also discover a well-stocked shop and a café, serving a selection of drinks, cakes and pastries.

If you don't want to wander too far, Cotgrave Country Park is accessible directly from the campsite via the old railway path. Here, you can discover 200 acres of woodlands, lakes, grasslands, and wetlands. This railway path can be used a s a dog walk area as well. Here, you can spot beautiful wildlife, enjoy relaxing walks with your canine companion, or bring your bike and cycle around the park with your friends and family.

For thrill-seekers, Holme Pierrepont Country Park is just 10 minutes away from our Nottingham Club Site. Jump into action and take part in the water assault courses and sky trails, or try something new. There are plenty of activities to get involved in, including mini golf, archery, rafting, kayaking and more.

If you fancy venturing out further, there’s plenty to do and see in Nottingham. Explore the city's rich history and discover the famous Robin Hood tale at Nottingham Castle, or see the city from a new perspective by exploring the UK’s largest network of underground caves; you'll learn all about those who once lived and worked beneath.

Still looking for more to do? Nottingham hosts numerous events throughout the year, from musical festivals to county shows.

You can also visit several sports venues in the city, including Trent Bridge Cricket Ground, Meadow Lane Stadium, and The City Ground — home to Notts County FC and Nottingham Forest FC. If you’re a fan of the races, check out Southwell Racecourse and Nottingham Racecourse.

Worth Noting
