    Overview

    A great campsite for exploring the pretty Cotswolds towns and their attractions.

    Amid the honey-coloured villages of the Cotswolds is where you’ll find the Club’s charming Chipping Norton campsite. Tucked away off the beaten track, this campsite offers a mix of level and sloping pitches, surrounded by trees and dry stone walls.

     

    It would be a shame not to venture off site and explore the beauty of the Cotswolds. Hop in your car or catch the bus right outside the site and discover the charms of Chipping Norton itself, Chadlington, Charbury and Witney for starters.


    No stay at Chipping Norton campsite should be without a visit to Stow on the Wold, Bourton-on-the-Water and Batsford. As well as brimming with charm, they boast an eclectic mix of family attractions including Birdland and a model village in Bourton-on-the-Water. Batsford Arboretum and Hidcote Manor are also worth visiting.

    Some pitches are sloping so chocks will be required. The site has full recycling facilities. This site has no Motorhome Service Area.

    Eat Local

    A Farmers’ Market takes place on the third Saturday of the month in Chipping Norton and there are several farm shops in the area. The butcher sells locally-reared meat.
