They were joined by the Club’s Director General Sabina Voysey, Director of Finance, HR & Business Systems Emma Catterall, and Director of Property and Development Nathan Goodyear, who oversaw the project from start to finish.

Phil said: “It was my privilege to see what’s been created here. This fantastic site is a great addition to the Camping in the Forest network, and offers Club members another great choice of holiday destination during a year when holidaying in the UK is booming.

“There are lots of special touches that really hit the mark, such as the bike-servicing station, dog-washing facility and heated backpacker lockers. I’m really impressed and I’ll be booking a pitch here soon, that’s for sure.”
