Family May Day Victorian event.
Traditionally celebrated by the Victorians to welcome the arrival of spring, May Day provides an excuse for families to get together and enjoy all the festivities that go with it – with Sudeley Castle’s anticipated event a perfect place to spend the bank holiday.
The spring celebration will offer classic games, activities and entertainment, including a Punch and Judy show, Wheel of Fortune, and Balloon Burst games, with the chance to win some prizes too.
Other highlights include an Victorian juggler who’ll delight visitors, while the Organ Grinder will be playing tunes throughout the day.
