Tintagel Castle

Tintagel Castle

Tintagel Castle has a special place in the mythology of the British Isles particularly with regard to King Arthur and the Knights of the Roundtable.

It is a medieval fortress perched on the edge of a sea cliff on the rugged northern coast of Cornwall.

It is a spectacular ruin and steeped in legends of kings and wizards. It was where the mysterious Artognou Stone was discovered in 1998.
