Birling Gap
Located in East Dean, East Sussex, Birling Gap Beach is a sand and shingle beach that enjoys a position at the foot of the Seven Sisters chalk cliffs. This is an area that has become a marine nature reserve and you will find plenty of natural beauty to soak up when you visit.
The beach does not have a lifeguard onsite but it does offer excellent water quality so you can look forward to a range of water based activities, which is ideal for those who enjoy outdoor recreation. You will find a few facilities available at this beach, which includes toilet facilities, a cafeteria, and a restaurant. You will also be able to take part in various activities on the beach, which includes surfing, canoeing, swimming, and windsurfing amongst others.
With its natural beauty, this is a pleasant beach to explore. There is free car parking available close to the beach, so you can also bring your own vehicle along for greater ease and convenience.
