Dunvegan Castle

Any visit to the Isle of Skye should include a trip to the legend and history on offer at Dunvegan Castle and gardens.

Built on a rock face in an idyllic loch side setting, Dunvegan is the oldest inhabited castle in Scotland and has been home to the Chiefs of Clan Macleod for 800 years.

Look out for the fine oil paintings, clan treasures and the famous Fairy Flag on offer.
