Officially designed at as an Area of Natural Beauty in 1973, the Lincolnshire Wolds comprises rolling hills, steep valleys and sandstone rock.
Iconic British poet Lord Alfred Tennyson was born in the quaint village of Somersby and referenced the Wolds frequently in his poetry.
