Arrival Breakdown Survey 2025 Prize Draw Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of this Promotion, the ‘Joint Promoters’ are The Camping and Caravanning Club and the RAC. The Promoters reserve the right to cancel or amend the prize and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control.

Each person who completes our Arrival Breakdown Survey 2025 can choose to opt out of the prize draw at the end of the survey.  They will be notified of any changes made to the Terms and Conditions as soon as possible.

The data collected in this survey will be used to create anonymised data sets to inform our product development work with the RAC.   For more information about our data protection policy please view our privacy policy.

For the purpose of this promotion, the ‘prize’ is: 1 x £100 Amazon gift voucher.  There is one prize available in total.

1. The prize draw is available to people 18 years of age and over. UK residents only. Proof of age may be required. Employees of The Camping and Caravanning Club, immediate family of The Camping and Caravanning Club, employees and parties professionally associated with the promotion may not enter this promotion. One entry per person. Multiple entries will be disqualified.
2. Respondents who complete the Arrival Breakdown Survey 2025 will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions and agreed to be bound by them when entered into the Promotion.
3. Closing date: All Surveys must be completed in full by 23:59 BST on 1st February 2025. The Camping and Caravanning Club will not accept liability for entries damaged in the course of transmission and/or incomplete entries.
4. One winner will be selected at random from all complete Arrival Breakdown Survey 2025 entries received before the closing date.
5. Winner will be notified by email, post or phone after the closing date. The winner will be drawn on 4th February 2025, with winner to be notified week commencing 10th February 2025.. If the prize goes unclaimed, by 5th March 2025, we will redraw the winner. The Promoter reserves the right to hold a redraw and award the prize to another entrant.
6. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and no cash alternative will be given. No other expenses are included.
7. The Camping and Caravanning Club reserves the right to substitute the prize(s) with an alternative product(s) of a similar specification.
8. The Promoter reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.
9. The decision shall be final and binding in all respects on all entrants. No correspondence will be entered into. Entries that do not comply in full with these entry rules and conditions will be disqualified.
10. Details of prize winners’ name and county will be available for one month after the close of the Promotion by writing to the Promoter at the address set out below and stating the name and date of the Promotion.
11. The Promoter will use each winner's, and each entrant's, personal details for the purpose of administering the Promotion.
12. The Promotion, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. You irrevocably agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of, or in connection with, this Promotion.
13. Entry to the draw is free and no purchase is necessary. It is a condition of entry that all rules are accepted as final and that the competitor agrees to abide by these rules.
