1. Cambridge Gin Laboratory, Cambridgeshire
Take a guided tour through the Cambridge Gin Laboratory, an immersive interactive experience dedicated to the appreciation of gin. Brought to you by the Cambridge Distillery, this laboratory is separated into four rooms and is a short drive from our Cambridge Club Site. The Classroom takes you on an educational tour through the history of gin production. Take a tutored tasting session in the Study. The Tasting Room offers the opportunity to sample the diverse range of Cambridge Distillery’s award-winning gins, and the shop gives you the chance to blend your very own concoction.

2. Cotswolds Distillery, Cotswolds
Set among rolling hills and idyllic villages, the Cotswold Distillery hosts an award-winning tour through their meticulous production methods and fascinating history. The expert tour guides take you through the production areas and warehouses, where you can see the processes in action. The tour finishes at the tasting room where you can sample their range of whiskey and gin. The Cotswold Distillery Visitor Centre and Café is situated a short distance from our Chipping Norton Club Site.

3. The Lakes Distillery, Lake District
Situated among the shimmering lakes and soaring peaks of the Lake District National Park, the Lakes Distillery offers an exclusive glimpse behind the scenes of mashing, fermentation and distillation. At the end of your tour, sample the range of whisky, vodka and gin that are distilled here. Wander around the shop and choose your favourite bottle to take home, or gift to friend or family. Located around 2 miles from our Speyside by Craigellachie Club Site, the Macallan Distillery and Visitor Centre is a unique experience in the Scottish Highlands. The Macallan Estate offers an insight into the process, production and people behind their single malt whisky. Let the knowledgeable tour guide take you through this distillery’s unique character before nosing and tasting some carefully selected Macallan whiskies.

5. Oban Distillery, Scotland
Set beneath the steep cliff that overlooks the town, Oban Distillery is one of the smallest Scotch distilleries and a short drive from our Oban Club Site. Here, each bottle of whisky comes through just two stills, enabling precise monitoring and control. The Oban Distillery hosts the Sensory and Flavour Finding Tour, which includes a guided tour of the distillery, access to the warehouse and a nosing and tasting session in the Manager’s Office.

6. Oxford Artisan Distillery, Oxfordshire
Within reach from our Chipping Norton Club Site, the Oxford Artisan Distillery is one of the world’s few true craft distilleries. You can either take the Standard Tour, where you’ll be shown the process of making vodka, gin absinthe and rye whisky, from grain to bottle. The tour finishes with a chance to taste a selection of the spirits. The Founder’s Tour is hosted by one of the distillery founders and finishes with an extended tasting session.

Housed in a boathouse in the seaside town of Salcombe in South Devon, Salcombe Distillery offers the chance to sip gin beside the very same copper still that it was distilled in. Take a class at the Gin School, a unique chance to control a mini copper pot still and distil your very own 70cl bottle of gin. Or, attend one of the taster sessions, for a talk and tour about the distillation process, finishing with a tutored tasting of four Salcombe gins.
