Why do I need home insurance?
Whilst not a legal requirement, the right Home Insurance policy can protect your home and possessions against a wide range of perils.

I need to accurately estimate the value of my contents. How can I do this?
You need to think about how much it would cost to replace the items in your Home. An easy way to do this is to divide your Home into different areas and think about what you might have in each space.

How do I make a claim?
You should notify Club Care of your claim as soon as possible. The claims number can also be found in your ‘Evidence of Insurance’ document. You’ll be put through to a friendly claims handler, who will guide you through the process.

Will my property be covered if I leave it unoccupied for more than 60 days?

At Club Care we know that as campers you like to take extended stays, which is why our Home Insurance can offer Club members up to 180 days unoccupied cover away from home - at no additional cost!  Our products also offer a number of other features and benefits which have been specifically selected for Club members.
