European & Worldwide Tour Escorts – Recruiting Now
The Camping and Caravanning Club is looking for Tour Escorts to lead a range of European and Worldwide Escorted Tours.
It takes a special kind of person to be a Tour Escort. You’ll need to be a great organiser, adaptable enough to deal with unexpected situations, as well as having extensive travel experience and be a true ‘people person’ who is friendly and approachable. You’ll be someone who enjoys sharing and bringing a destination to life, whilst understanding when to lead and when to stand back and let the sights speak for themselves. You will also enjoy public speaking – speaking to a tour group, or presenting your tours to other members at shows and event days. The role is ideally suited to retired couples or couples who enjoy flexible seasonal contracts.
This position offers a great opportunity to travel in Europe and further afield ranging from two to seven weeks at a time. No two tours are ever the same and you will be supported by the Travel Team based at our UK Head Office throughout. Tour Escort uniform is provided together with travel expenses, personal and vehicle breakdown insurance and pitch fees for the duration of the tour. (Own unit required for European Escorted Tours; rental motorhome provided for long-haul destinations.)

Become a European Rally Steward – Recruiting Now
The Camping and Caravanning Club is looking for European Rally Stewards to stay at our rally sites abroad, for periods ranging from a few weeks to several months a year.
You will be an experienced European camper, caravanner or motorcaravanner who is passionate about people and enjoys being part of a community. You will provide hands on support and advice to other rally goers, be confident in coordinating activities and be able to take charge when required whilst enjoying an easy-going, but hardworking lifestyle. Ideally you will already have spent time on continental Club Holiday Rallies. The role is ideally suited to retired couples or couples who enjoy flexible seasonal contracts.
You will be supported by the European Travel Team based at our UK Head Office throughout the rally and Rally Stewards’ uniform is provided together with travel expenses, personal and vehicle breakdown insurance and a pitch with electric hook-up for the duration of your stay. (Own unit required)

Holiday Site Assistants - Recruiting Now
The Camping and Caravanning Club is looking for Holiday Site Assistants to assist our Holiday Site Managers in ensuring all campers enjoy their stay on Club Sites in safety and to promote the good name of The Camping and Caravanning Club at all times.
If you have the appropriate customer service and operational experience gained in a service focus environment, then you may be the person we are looking for. Our recruitment window is open now.
If your initial application is successful, from the beginning of November onwards applicants will be invited to attend an Interview which will take place either at our head office or in other locations throughout the country
We employ mainly couples although there are a few openings for single people and all applicants must have their own unit to live in on site. Dogs are welcome.
If you are successful at Interview we will ask you to initially shadow one of our site teams over a Friday and Saturday, to give you a hands on view of the role, before inviting you to attend the final stage of our recruitment process which is an introductory course/assessment at either the Blackmore or Windermere Club sites.
The work is seasonal and, for a first year, the length of contract is an average of 16 weeks, from mid-May to the beginning of September although some people are fortunate enough to receive a longer contract.
Full training will be given and basic uniform is provided together with a free pitch with electric hook-up for the duration of the contract.
