We arrived at St David's and welcomed on to the site the staff we're lovley. The facility are really clean and looked after. There is some lovley beeches and coves around. This is a very steep campsite and you will need chocks. If your looking for a peaceful break this is the place to be.

Wonderful site for many coastal and inland activities. Nothing too much trouble for the wardens who were working hard for the coming busy season. Well done. We had a lovely week with so much to do. Thank you.

Nice location if a little remote unless you walk or take the bus (we were motor home )
about 20 minutes walk down to the coast and pretty cove , if you want peace don't go on a bank holiday weekend when kids are off school , someone even decided to have a firework display on the Saturday night on site around 11 pm which considering the number of tents and awnings on site I was amazed this was allowed , numerous people there with dogs that were constantly running free off lead even though there were signs up asking people to keep their dogs on leads at all times (which we did on site with ours) Keith was very pleasant and helpful but I was surprised he and his wife were on their own with no assistants particularly for busy holiday periods (no body can be on duty constantly without help ) .

Beautiful, peaceful and quiet even in the middle of August. Stunning sunsets, we were lucky with the weather. Amazing walks along the coastal paths, all well marked, above the azure sea, similar to our North Cornish coast, felt at home. The Sloop Inn at Porthgrain was excellent for food and refreshments. The Ship Inn at Trefin was very pleasant, lovely landlady. Strumble Shuttle bus service very good, very helpful and chatty driver.
