Enjoy water, wildlife, cycling and walking from this Midland's-based Club Site.

Our Kingsbury Water Park Club campsite is a tranquil oasis in the heart of the industrial Midlands. Bordered by the lovely Water Park, this campsite is the perfect setting for a leisurely break. It’s a spacious site with large, level pitches. The clean, modern facilities benefit from underfloor heating. But perhaps the most engaging thing about this site is its location.

The adjacent Water Park ensures there are numerous activities right on hand. The water – there’s plenty of it – provides canoeing and sailing opportunities. Kingsbury is also one of the largest and most diverse fisheries in the Midlands. Walking and cycling tracks meander through the park and for the younger family members there are two play areas, a small train and a children’s farm. Nature lovers are in for a treat too, as the water is a haven for many birds and mammals.

The Outdoor Education Centre opposite the campsite entrance offers a variety of activities including abseiling, canoeing, climbing, rafting and more.

A walk along the canal towpath will bring you to the Dog and Doublet pub, Middleton Hall and an RSPB reserve while further afield the city of Birmingham is great for shopping. It also has a Sea Life Centre, museums and a vibrant nightlife.

The Black Country Living Museum and Cadbury World are also worth visiting and, of course, just a stone’s throw from the campsite is the NEC which hosts numerous concerts and exhibitions.

Worth Noting

The camp reception supplies forgotten basics.

This review is for Kingsbury Water Park

The camp reception supplies forgotten basics. If you let the wardens know the day before they will order a paper in for the next day. The park is situated walking distance from Kingsbury water park and broomy farm. (A children's attraction). Although our stay was brief we will defiantly be returning here. Think we found a nice little bolt hole.

Lots of rain overnight, some of the pitches were water logged. But we had a good pitch and found the whole weekend very restful. The toilet facilities were clean and warm. Fish and chips on Friday were lovely. The staff all friendly and helpful.

We had a lovely week here finding lots of walks in the area with our dog - along the towpath to the pub and beyond, around the lakes on various paths, none too muddy given the weather, and other parks nearby. A special mention for Sutton Park, a wonderful place to walk whatever the weather. We were impressed with the friendly welcome from the wardens and the tip-top upkeep of the site. A couple of down points: the pitches had a tendency to flood when it rained so bring your wellies, and also be aware of the raised platform at the motorhome service point which is a trip hazard in the dark - it could do with a white line around it.
