Enjoy water, wildlife, cycling and walking from this Midland's-based Club Site.

Our Kingsbury Water Park Club campsite is a tranquil oasis in the heart of the industrial Midlands. Bordered by the lovely Water Park, this campsite is the perfect setting for a leisurely break. It’s a spacious site with large, level pitches. The clean, modern facilities benefit from underfloor heating. But perhaps the most engaging thing about this site is its location.

The adjacent Water Park ensures there are numerous activities right on hand. The water – there’s plenty of it – provides canoeing and sailing opportunities. Kingsbury is also one of the largest and most diverse fisheries in the Midlands. Walking and cycling tracks meander through the park and for the younger family members there are two play areas, a small train and a children’s farm. Nature lovers are in for a treat too, as the water is a haven for many birds and mammals.

The Outdoor Education Centre opposite the campsite entrance offers a variety of activities including abseiling, canoeing, climbing, rafting and more.

A walk along the canal towpath will bring you to the Dog and Doublet pub, Middleton Hall and an RSPB reserve while further afield the city of Birmingham is great for shopping. It also has a Sea Life Centre, museums and a vibrant nightlife.

The Black Country Living Museum and Cadbury World are also worth visiting and, of course, just a stone’s throw from the campsite is the NEC which hosts numerous concerts and exhibitions.

Worth Noting

Please note, if you have more than one car or are visiting the site, there is limited parking available, therefore you may be asked to park at Broomey Croft car park, which is chargeable. This site is situated near the M42 and can suffer from road noise at times.

I stayed for 1 night with my son. We arrived just after 2pm and were greeted by friendly staff. The booking in process was quick and easy (I hadn't pre-booked, but had phoned the day before to check there was space). The facilities looked clean, we only made use of the toilets. There is a good play area on-site and plenty of space for kids to run/ride bikes/speed along on scooters. It is also very close to the Water Park, with plenty of woodland to explore and yet more play areas. My son had a great time and quickly made friends, so spent most of his time zooming around on his scooter or playing in the play area. We vacated our pitch at around 12.30pm the next day.

This site is one of our favourites, been there several times. Wardens are so polite and helpful and cater for your requirements where possible. Toilet and Shower facilities were spotless throughout our stay and the site was full. Next to a water park which is nice to visit. Kids played on nice park on site and made a few new friends, this site is local to us and we shall be visiting again and again.

My family and I stayed here for my first camping trip. We stayed with three other couples who the campsite ensured were sited together which ate the scene for an amazing weekend. From arriving at the site we were welcoming by the site team who were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The site was beautifully maintained and extremely clean throughout. The location is perfect for young families and is within easy reach of numerous locations. We will definitely be returning again, next time for a longer stay to give is time to take in all the local attractions.
