Graffham campsite is set in the most beautiful countryside.

This review is for Graffham

Graffham campsite is set in the most beautiful countryside. We had a very friendly welcome and the campsite team were brilliant ensuring we had a suitable pitch for our campervan and awning. All the facilities were immaculately clean and the little shop kept a surprising amount of items. The nearest supermarket was Budgens in Midhurst but there are other small shops around the nearby towns. The pitches are varied, from small sites for a single tent to large pitches for caravans or motorhomes with awnings. They are all within a woodland setting with plenty of birds coming to visit. This campsite would not suit familes who want entertainment for children, however it it's just a base or stopover, would be fine. We loved it so much we are back again in a couple of weeks and intend to come back as often as possible. Nearby are National Trust properties and gardens - thoroughly recommend Woolbedding Gardens and even Bracklesham Bay and Arundel were less than an hour away and of course the South Downs.

With almost 100 plots a site this size really needs a small shop to finish off the experience, especially as the nearest available shop is a fair walk on a country road with no pavement. Finally the access road needs a little maintenance to make it a smoother ride for the crockery!
