We’re all campers in one form or another but from time to time we get asked opinions from non-campers who might want to dip their toe into the water by not spending much. In which case you can’t go far wrong with the Gelert Quest 4. This little tent doesn’t have a lot of bells and whistles but for the price it is a good quality and functional option. Quick and easy to put up, you just peg out the four corners of the outer tent and feed in the two main support poles. A good feature of this tent is the short pole sleeves over the top, making it an easy job to get the poles in and out. They then connect to the sides of the tent with clips. Two shorter poles fit around the sides giving extra height for the sleeping compartments. Peg out the fluorescent green guy lines and the tent is up.
