This granola bar is absolutely packed with natural, energy-giving ingredients; nuts, seeds, oats and peanut butter all bound together with dates.
Sweet Stuff
Make these at home before leaving on your camping trip. They are brilliant for snacking on throughout your busy days out and about. It can be set in the fridge for half a day without cooking, which produces a lovely chewy bar, but you can also put it in the oven for 10 minutes to firm it up just slightly so that it stays together better in your back pack.
