Upside Down Strawberry Pudding in a frying pan
Feeling adventurous this month, I baked a cake in a frying pan on my barbecue. Tip: Line the pan with baking parchment and vary fruit according to season.
Sweet Stuff
To prevent sticking, line your pan with baking parchment. Keep the heat low and place the frying pan on a barbecue hot plate. It's even easier to make in individual Cadac tapas dishes - they're brilliantly non-stick.
